Saw this lady on the street on the way home from work yesterday - the contrast between 1920s screen siren and sensible shoes really caught my attention. She also had this clear plastic curved ruler (French curve?) sticking out of one bag. I’ve taken liberties with the colour of the gloves and the bags, and the coat had a much louder checked pattern…
